Check us out before you trust us

You're about to give a company you've never heard of your NI number and the right to talk to HMRC for you. Fair enough to be suspicious. Every claim below can be checked on a public register in a few minutes, without taking our word for it.

We're still completing our registrations. Until every line below has a number, we won't act for anyone or ask you to pay. Join the waitlist and we'll tell you the moment we're ready.

What we will never do

  • Ask for your Government Gateway password. You never share it with an agent.
  • Ask for your HMRC authorisation code by phone, text or email. You type it into your account yourself.
  • Take your refund. HMRC pays it straight to you; we bill you separately.
  • File anything you haven't seen and approved.
  • Tell you to claim when losing your personal allowance means you'd be worse off.

Talk to a human

Use the contact form. A person replies within one working day, and if HMRC ever writes to you about a claim we filed, we deal with it at no extra cost, even if you've gone home.
